Withdrawal Policy

(Updated June 19, 2026)

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right to withdrawal, you must notify us (Karen Netzel, c/o Postflex #354, Emsdettener Strasse 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, info@karennetzel.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email).

You may use the withdrawal form included with your contract, though this is not required.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at karennetzel.com/withdraw. If you use this online form, we will without delay send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information about the content of the notice of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

What happens when you withdraw from your contract

If you withdraw from your contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from the contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
